Today is my day
With eyes’ twinkling with the ray
Not in lonely black standing on the bay
And remembering, to the historical stay
Thinking of Qu Yuan’s loyal way
With the emperor’s nothing to say
And Understanding, with the event lay
It is May
The rice dumpling is created until today
Like Orpheus’ protection without pay
With eternal hearts always stay
To guard Qu Yuan to the bright ray
Or to row the dragon boat in the fastest way
With steadfast respect to this play
To explore him until the light day
Oh, the importance of the festival is needless to say
Fondled with leaves’ smooth way
To feel for its soft touch and the respect without pay
Heard forever in a moved play
Still, still to memorize Qu Yuan’s devotion ray
And so reminisce ever, or to respect in a touched play
Today is my day

今日即我日
以光輝之眼啟生
而非以獨傲之黑站於灣恆
而願憶歷史之能
思索屈原之誠
對比楚王無言之聲
願理解事件之程
現為夏月之生(五月)
亦為粽子流傳之章程
人們
以永恆之心
似奧菲斯守護愛之章程
引屈原至光明餘生
又以龍舟之迅速之競
兼帶持續之敬
尋他至光亮之生
喔~此節之重早已不需言語
撫摸著粽葉柔順之軀
感受著柔順之感與重極之敬
聆聽著這感人的龍舟之競
永記屈原奉獻之光
永遠懷念,或以競永敬
