water, oil, polenta, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, butter

[BBQ Sauce]
diced tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped lemon, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon Mustard, tomato sauce, butter, salt, Jack Daniel Whisky

● 料理步驟:
[BBQ Sauce]
1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot and slow cook for about 30 mins.
2. Use a blender to blend the sauce mixture until smooth.
3. Uncover and cook on high heat until the sauce thickens.
4. Divide the sauce among airtight jars, and seal and set aside to cool completely.

1. Marinated mini chicken drumstick with the sauce mixture.
2. Cook chicken in the oven.
3. Brush BBQ sauce on the chicken, when it is cooked. And then, put it back in the oven for around 2-3mins.
4. Steam all the vegetables.
5. Seasoning polenta, and grill them until both sides are golden brown
6. Combine polenta, chicken, and vegetable together on a plate and serve with tangy BBQ sauce.
